The sheltered Pacific waters of Port Stephens are home to a pod of nature's most loveable marine animals, dolphins! A great site to see as they ride the waves alongside our luxury cruiser.

With your anniversary gift we will charter a private sailboat with an experienced skipper and cruise around the Harbor at our leisure, enjoying a glimpse of all there is to see and do with a little champagne for a toast.

What a romantic evening as the ship drifts out to sea for a night under a blanket of stars. We will make sure we reserve a table now to enjoy a spectacular dinner captivated by a picture perfect sunset.

Our Seaplane captain will take us to a Sydney's most romantic beach hideaway, and leave us alone for a couple of hours to frolic and enjoy a luscious lunch basket complemented with fine Australian wine. Then he'll whisk us away for an aerial tour of Sydney Harbor.

We'll take a fun lesson and learn how to ride the waves. Surf's Up!

What an experience taking in breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour and its famous beaches as we hover more than 500 ft in the air. Flying past the bridge and Opera House for a truly spectacular sight! What an experience!

There's something about the feeling of gliding on water as we skim through the waves on the pristine crystal clear hopefully calm waters. We'll have a great time no matter how many times we get dunked!

We'll experience the Blue Mountains, cross the Anzac Bridge en route to Featherdale Wildlife Park, hold a koala bear, feed kangaroos, see crocodiles, go on Govett's Leap for a short bush walk, ride on a cable car and see the Three Sisters rock formation before visiting the Sydney Olympics site while cruising back to Sydney.
