We will take a boat to a very secluded beach and spend the afternoon alone. How romantic is that?

Sean and Marina make a great kayaking duo (though, Sean does most of the work).

Diving around Rarotonga's reef is reportedly fantastic. Sean and Marina are still beginners, but we look forward to getting some practice!

We plan to snorkel almost every day. Our very own snorkel sets will come in very handy!

We'll explore the tiny islets of Aitutaki, snorkel, eat, and sunbathe all day.

Spectacular ocean views of magical golden sunsets from our very own balcony! Sounds like the perfect start to our honeymoon.

The Inano Beach Bungalows are eco-friendly accommodations on a white sandy beach (on the most beautiful island in the world!)

Highland Paradise Cultural Center has a "fabulous" sunset island night every Wednesday. Cook Islanders are supposed to be the best dancers in the South Pacific!

Our honeymoon starts in Hollywood (we fly out of LA on Sunday). We will enjoy some fine Californian cuisine on Saturday night, our last night in America.

Pretty much, we're only wearing bathing suits for two weeks!

Oakland, while generally a warm and sunny place, is not beachy. Sean and Marina need to update their wardrobes with dresses and shorts!

We need some real UV protection for our eyes so we can gaze at the sunset :)

Before we get to Aitutaki, we have to fly to Rarotonga, and before we fly to Rarotonga, we have to fly to LA! Our dream honeymoon starts with a night in Hollywood. How appropriate.

Getting there is the most important part! Two round trip tickets on Air New Zealand non stop from LAX to Rarotonga.

The periphery of Rarotonga is so flat that even Marina (beginner) can get around the island.

We sure could use some super stylish Japanese luggage to carry our bathing suits in.
