Temecula experiences a mild Mediterranean climate with year-round temperatures averaging in the 70's. During the day it is moderately warm but the evenings are cooled by the Pacific Ocean breezes blowing in from the gaps of the Santa Ana foothills. The summers are hot averaging in the 80's or 90's while the winter months average in the 50's. Rainfall comes and goes throughout the year averaging approximately 14 inches.
